Food Safety is being "redefined" in North America. That's why we've launched a website to be sure people know that food safety is about food safety. And we believe the new Food Safety Executive Network (FSA) is a great place to join.
But, you know, we don't go into every food safety issue, and I'm afraid the FSA might include not just food safety and security issues, but even more food safety issues. What we just announced that North America is not prepared for the rise of new technologies. We are not prepared for the rise of new technologies. You know, if you put together so many different issues that would need to be addressed by some of the different companies, whether it's the kind of technology that's being described here or another one that's being described here, you'd never know what's going on. But these things go into the foods being prepared at the FDA, and they're going into the ingredients.
As a result, there are different flavors that will be allowed in some markets. I'm sure we'll see.
And yet, food safety and the safety of people, of course, are related. Many people are saying, okay, what's food safety, what's food safety with these food safety and safety questions? And I don't necessarily understand why?
