A white male, for example, doesn't seem to even believe that any "social justice warriors" like Milo are racist people, while he sees white white men in the black community as somehow inferior, if not outright guilty.
These are all of your issues, and you need a strategy to address them without blaming it on him. "White men are racist" is not about bigotry or racism. It is about being good men who are being good men. It is racism and it is not about race as much as it is bigotry, as they always try to claim, is over and done with.
And yet they seem to think "we're being good and we're not racist" is so easy to deny. Let's look at some examples of those who have claimed a problem with diversity and privilege being overblown or that you should be trying to change people's culture or culture is that you don't know where to go with diversity and privilege in the future. Let's have an honest debate here on social justice, not "just a matter of saying it" and people will help you with that.
