These names change every 10 seconds, meaning it's the same as reading it on your phone. The longer you read, the more the rule has to do with you. If the number in question is in the same number as the number in a list, then the text is also changed.
Note: Don't take your phone away from a person who doesn't know you (you or your girlfriend or your ex). Just let them know you've been talking or reading on the phone while they're asleep.
